Replit is seeking a Learning Experiences Creator to own the documentation and learning content strategy for its agentic software creation platform. This role is central to helping millions of users learn to build software—turning product knowledge into clear, engaging experiences across multiple formats (written docs, video, interactive tutorials, walkthroughs) that users actually find and use.
You will own the full content lifecycle: creating new documentation and learning materials prioritized by real user and support ticket data; keeping the library current through product launches and freshness reviews; designing content in the format that best serves each learning moment (written, short-form video, microlearning, GIFs, in-product tips); building a content calendar aligned with customer needs and product roadmap; ensuring discoverability through smart titling, tagging, and structure; and measuring success through reader feedback, completion rates, self-serve resolution, and ticket deflection.
You'll work closely with a Technical Customer Education Specialist (for accuracy), a Senior Learning Experience Lead (for platform and measurement), and product partners (for launch coordination). The role is a force-multiplier—your content reaches millions and directly impacts activation speed, customer satisfaction, and support efficiency.
Success means content so good, current, and findable that users self-serve rather than open support tickets. You'll bring a storyteller's instinct to every piece—earning attention in the first seconds, holding it against real-world distractions, and making ideas stick. You're equally comfortable writing a crisp help article, designing a hands-on walkthrough, or producing a short video. You read data, listen to customers, experiment with new formats, and continuously improve as the product evolves.
