Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building energy-efficient solutions to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The Learning & Development Specialist role is embedded on-site at Crusoe Industries (CI), the operational heart of Crusoe, serving as the primary L&TD point of contact for employees and leaders.
You will deliver soft skills training and facilitation to CI employees at all levels, assess talent development needs on the ground, and design learning materials tailored to the operational context. Key responsibilities include supporting onboarding experiences for new hires, building trusting relationships with CI managers and frontline leaders, coordinating coaching conversations and career development support, and collaborating with L&TD leadership on programming strategy and cross-site consistency.
This is a developing individual contributor role where you'll build deeper expertise in talent development through hands-on practice and direct exposure. You'll diagnose needs, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact while growing your capability in the field.
You bring 1–3 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, HR, or a related field. You're comfortable delivering facilitation and training to diverse audiences, including frontline and operational workforces. Strong relationship-building skills are essential—you earn trust quickly and meet people where they are. You work autonomously in a field-based environment while staying connected to a distributed team, and you're adaptable and resourceful in evolving environments. Familiarity with instructional design basics and willingness to develop content are expected. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; non-traditional backgrounds are welcome. You must be based in or willing to relocate to Brighton, CO, as this is a fully on-site role.
