FlixBus is seeking a Learning & Development Project Manager to drive L&D initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of global learning programmes and talent development initiatives, from scoping through execution, rollout, and impact measurement. You'll design blended learning solutions including digital courses, leadership programmes, and department accelerators, leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance content quality and delivery.
Key responsibilities include: delivering new and improving existing learning programmes across multiple employee target groups with measurable outcomes aligned to business priorities; collaborating across teams with L&D colleagues, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders globally; actively embedding AI into L&D practice by identifying and implementing opportunities across programme design, delivery, and workflows; and supporting L&D operations and systems, including the Learning Management System (FlixUni), to ensure processes are efficient, scalable, and continuously improved.
You'll work in a dynamic, tech-driven environment focused on making travel more accessible, sustainable, and affordable. The role is based in Sofia with a hybrid working model.
Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR project management, or related field, ideally in a tech corporation or fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in project management and practical L&D concept development with a track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream programmes on time and within scope, ideally in global or multicultural settings. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to engage and present confidently with cross-functional and international teams. Structured and organized approach to managing multiple priorities simultaneously, with comfort working with data and dashboards to evaluate impact. AI-curious and digitally confident with interest and first experience applying AI tools to enhance learning experiences.
