Echodyne, a radar technology company specializing in solid-state beam-steering radar for autonomous vehicles, drones, and critical infrastructure, is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to build and execute learning strategies that support rapid organizational growth.
In this role, you will develop comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with company goals and assess organizational development needs through business partnerships, employee feedback, and performance data. You'll establish annual learning priorities and design scalable solutions for a growing workforce.
Key responsibilities include designing and delivering learning programs for all employee levels, developing manager and leadership development curricula, creating enhanced onboarding programs, and facilitating training in core skills like communication, collaboration, feedback, and performance management. You'll coordinate internal and external training programs, identify and manage learning vendors, and evaluate program effectiveness using participant feedback and business outcomes.
You'll also develop resources supporting employee career growth, partner with HR and leaders to identify skill gaps, support career pathway development, and promote a culture of continuous learning. On the operational side, you'll manage the company's learning management system (LMS) and learning technology platforms, maintain training content and resources, track participation and completion metrics, report training completion for AS9100 compliance, manage the L&D budget, and ensure required training programs are properly tracked.
You'll partner closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, HR Operations, and Global Sales Enablement to deliver integrated employee experiences, collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts on capability needs, and support organizational change initiatives through targeted learning and communication programs.
