CLEAR is building a secure identity platform transforming how people live, work, and travel. As a Learning & Development Associate, you'll support the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs that strengthen CLEAR's frontline and leadership performance across airport locations.
You'll facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, gathering learner feedback to continuously improve programs and adapt facilitation based on audience needs. You'll coordinate training logistics including scheduling, LMS assignments, calendars, attendance tracking, and certification records. You'll manage timelines and use learner and stakeholder feedback to improve content, delivery, and supporting processes.
You'll support the development and maintenance of learning materials including slides, facilitator guides, job aids, and standard operating procedure summaries. You'll manage LMS content by uploading, testing, and maintaining training programs and resources. You'll partner cross-functionally with L&D and Operations teams to streamline processes and enhance training effectiveness.
Travel up to 40% of the time to engage with field teams and support training delivery. Success is measured by achievement of location-level security, service, and sales goals; accuracy and timeliness of training records and documentation; learner feedback and satisfaction scores; and speed and quality of material updates.
You bring 2-4+ years of experience in learning & development, training coordination, or related field. You're a confident facilitator for small group sessions and onboarding with basic instructional design capability. You have excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail, experience supporting virtual and in-person learning environments, and strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple teams and levels. Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with LMS and authoring tools (Rise, Synthesia) preferred.
