Hims & Hers, a leading telehealth and pharmacy platform (NYSE: HIMS), is seeking a Learning Area Manager to oversee night shift training operations at its New Albany, Ohio facility. This is a hands-on operational role managing learning across Dispense & Fulfillment, Non-Sterile Compounding, and Sterile Compounding areas.
You will lead all night shift learning operations (Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–12:00am), serving as the primary point of contact for the night shift Learning team and representing learning in daily operational meetings. Key responsibilities include directly managing and developing night shift Learning Leads with coaching and feedback; building and managing two-week-out training plans in coordination with operations; owning daily labor hour tracking and weekly LMS reporting for accuracy and compliance; compiling Weekly Business Review metrics and training updates for Finance, S&OP, and site leadership; monitoring the training request intake board; conducting onboarding, compliance, SOP, and remediation training; maintaining accurate training records per regulatory standards; and partnering with the day-shift Learning Operations Manager to ensure seamless alignment.
You will foster a culture of continuous learning, quality, and accountability across night shift teams, support day shift operations and cross-shift projects as needed, and demonstrate flexibility to meet site and network priorities.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field (or equivalent); Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification; 3+ years training and development experience in a regulated environment; 2+ years compounding operations experience in a 503a, 503b, or manufacturing setting; strong understanding of USP standards and cGMP regulations; demonstrated team leadership and development experience; strong organizational and reporting skills; excellent cross-functional communication; LMS platform experience; and ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.
