Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Warfighting Systems Analyst to establish and lead a new simulation center in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a founding leadership role responsible for developing Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (M&SA) capabilities including wargaming and experimentation for Anduril's unmanned systems across subsurface, surface, land, and air domains. The role bridges operational military needs with system architecture and technical performance. You will leverage Anduril's Lattice Mission Simulation (MissionSim) platform to conduct training, internal analysis, and customer capability demonstrations. Key responsibilities include developing scenarios based on customer requirements, designing and executing tactical and mission-level wargames, building physics-based models of red and blue force systems, and assessing system-of-systems interactions and integration risks. You will support engineering and product teams by evaluating how platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, effector, communications, navigation, and command-and-control choices affect mission outcomes. As the first hire and lead in this new team, you will establish processes, mentor warfighting capability analysts, and ensure analysis remains grounded in real operational problems. Collaboration with engineering and business development teams is essential to demonstrate Anduril's capabilities through rigorous, data-driven analysis. Required: 7+ years in Operations Research, Systems Analysis (ORSA), systems engineering, mission engineering, test and evaluation, or related technical-operational discipline. Must have active country-specific Secret security clearance. Experience required in tactical experiments, wargaming design, scenario development, military mission modeling and simulation, and proficiency in C++ or Python for physics-based modeling. Strong ability to connect system performance to mission outcomes and communicate results effectively. Preferred: DoD M&S tools experience (AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, ESAMS, Command PE), ability to obtain Top Secret clearance, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field, operational military background with transition to ORSA/M&S roles, and experience with AFSIM plug-in development or advanced M&S framework customization.
