Quince is a manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) fashion and accessories brand on a mission to deliver high-quality essentials at fair prices sustainably. The company operates a Series D venture-backed business spanning apparel, accessories, and home goods, serving tens of millions of customers globally.
You will join as a Lead UX Designer owning end-to-end design of key internal Platform Tools product areas that support critical business and operational workflows, including the Warehouse Management Portal. This is a senior, highly hands-on individual contributor role with significant ownership and autonomy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own specific product areas from problem definition and product strategy through detailed design, implementation, and iteration
- Work with Product, Engineering, Operations, and end users to identify problems, understand workflows, and determine what should be built
- Define the right experience within your product areas, going beyond translating requirements into screens
- Bring structure to complex, ambiguous, interconnected problems that depend on understanding how the business actually operates
- Help shape how Quince designs and builds products in an AI-native environment
- Actively use AI-powered tools (Claude, Figma Make, etc.) to accelerate exploration, prototyping, iteration, and collaboration with Engineering
You should be comfortable independently driving work forward even when requirements are incomplete or solutions are undefined. This role is ideal for a senior designer who enjoys ownership, ambiguity, systems thinking, and solving complex operational design challenges. The Platform Tools support users across different functions and environments with sophisticated workflows.
