Aiven is seeking a Total Rewards Partner to shape the company's global reward strategy and drive competitive, equitable compensation and benefits practices across a 400+ person international organization. This senior individual contributor role sits at the intersection of strategic HR leadership and operational excellence, requiring both executive-level advisory capability and meticulous process management.
You will design and operationalize forward-looking compensation and benefits frameworks that attract, motivate, and retain talent globally. Key responsibilities include advising the executive team on pay structures and incentive design; partnering with local teams to refine benefits offerings across Europe; overseeing job architecture and salary range alignment; managing stock option administration as a long-term incentive program; driving all reward-related processes tied to performance and talent cycles; and providing senior leadership with robust market intelligence, benchmarks, and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
The role demands both strategic thinking—identifying industry trends, incorporating macro-economic insights, and shaping new reward initiatives—and tactical execution: compensation analytics, equity run rates, process management, system oversight, and vendor relationship navigation. You will continuously improve cyclical processes by leveraging digital rewards capabilities, automation, and AI tools.
You bring 6+ years of total rewards experience with exposure to international business environments, strong knowledge of European compensation and equity practices, and regulatory acumen. You are skilled at engaging and influencing senior leaders, presenting complex data accessibly, and driving process improvements in fast-paced, hyper-growth settings. You combine analytical rigor with strategic and tactical mindset, thriving in dynamic, international environments.
