Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 / annual
Chime is hiring a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for engineering and technical roles. You'll own the complete recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and candidate outreach through offer acceptance—while partnering closely with engineering leaders and hiring teams to ensure thoughtful, high-quality hiring processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end technical recruiting searches, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and closing
- Building and maintaining strong technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing across multiple channels
- Delivering an excellent candidate experience from first conversation through offer acceptance
- Working with hiring teams to design and run structured, efficient interview processes
- Tracking pipeline health and recruiting metrics to ensure consistent progress
- Collaborating cross-functionally with recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and people partners
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and experimenting with emerging tools, including AI-enabled recruiting technology
You bring 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a strong track record recruiting for engineering or other technical roles. You have deep understanding of technical terminology, programming languages, and engineering stacks. You're skilled at sourcing and engaging technical talent through multiple channels, with excellent communication and candidate management abilities. You're curious about emerging recruiting technologies and have hands-on experience experimenting with AI recruiting tools.
