Key responsibilities include: diagnosing capability and performance gaps across the company in partnership with People Business Partners and business leaders; architecting and shipping development experiences from design through facilitation, adoption, and measurement for audiences ranging from new hires to executives; building IonQ's leadership bench by defining leadership standards and creating development pathways for new managers, senior leaders, and high-potential talent; creating advancement paths for deep technical experts (scientists and engineers) who may not move into management while equipping those who do transition to management to lead technical teams effectively; embedding AI-powered tools into employee and manager development through on-demand coaching, personalized development paths, and manager enablement tools; and scaling IonQ's enablement infrastructure to support rapid organizational growth.
