Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Raleigh office. This role focuses on recruiting top technical talent for go-to-market (GTM) functions, including Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Value Engineering roles.
You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to regional hiring managers and candidates, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle. Your responsibilities include understanding hiring needs, developing and executing sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals), managing candidate screening and interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and communication.
Beyond traditional recruiting, you will provide actionable talent insights and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and shape overall talent strategy. You'll leverage Celonis's proprietary Process Intelligence technology embedded in their ATS to access real-time data and advanced reporting tools that enhance your ability to advise, plan, and execute effectively.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment efforts with company goals, tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness, staying current with industry trends and competitor activity, and providing regular updates to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
You should have a background in technical GTM recruitment with end-to-end experience from sourcing to offer management. Prior experience in in-house, agency, or RPO recruitment for product, technology, or IT services businesses is required. Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
