As Strategic Partner Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle management of major events from contract signature through final closing. You will serve as the primary point of contact between event organizers and all internal stakeholders (sales, legal, product, engineering, support). Your responsibilities include:
• Managing the entire event delivery process, ensuring all tasks across departments are completed on time and to specification
• Acting as overall owner of project delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams
• Communicating product and process requirements to headquarters and working with product/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team in handling customer issues
• Ensuring all project requirements are properly documented and tracked
• Attending on-site events when necessary for launches or critical milestones
• Thinking strategically about event partnership briefs and leveraging proprietary data to optimize outcomes
You will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you balance entrepreneurial thinking with meticulous execution. The role requires strong cross-functional coordination, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage multiple parallel work streams.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years in project management or consulting background (events background is a plus but not required)
• Fluent in English and Turkish (additional languages a plus)
• Degree-qualified
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Solution-focused problem-solving mindset
• Proven track record of building positive working relationships
• Ability to handle large volumes of parallel work streams
• Detail-oriented with strategic thinking capability
• Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
• Strong academic background is a plus
