Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to cultural experiences. As Strategic Partner Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle management of major events from contract signing through final closing. You will serve as the primary point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams (sales, legal, product, engineering, support). Your responsibilities include: • Managing the end-to-end event delivery process, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned and deliverables meet deadlines • Coordinating across departments to ensure timely completion of requirements and project goals • Communicating product and process needs to headquarters and working with product/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions • Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team in handling customer inquiries • Ensuring all project requirements are properly documented and tracked • Traveling to event sites as needed for launches and critical milestones • Thinking strategically about partnership briefs and leveraging Fever's proprietary data on event performance You will work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail. The role requires strong project management discipline, cross-functional coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams. The position is hybrid-based in central Tokyo with flexibility for home office work. REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years of project management experience or consulting background (events background is a plus but not required) • Fluent in English and Japanese (additional languages a plus) • Degree-qualified • Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills • Solution-focused problem-solving mindset • Proven track record of building positive working relationships • Ability to handle large amounts of parallel work and ambiguous situations • Collaborative, hands-on approach; willing to get involved in all required tasks • Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus • Strong academic background is a plus
