Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomous systems, AI, and computer vision. The Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) division develops autonomous air vehicles and advanced munitions platforms. As a Program Financial Analyst for the Advanced Effects Business Line, you will own financial management across a diverse portfolio of missile programs. This is a critical role supporting high-growth operations within a rapidly expanding defense organization. Key responsibilities include: - Contract and product profit margin analysis and surveillance across multiple programs - Ownership of rolling monthly forecasts developed in close collaboration with engineering, product, and program management stakeholders - Monthly internal management reporting via presentations and written communications to senior leadership - Development and maintenance of Estimate-to-Complete (ETC) forecasts and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) integrity - Income statement and balance sheet forecasting by contract and business line - Monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis at multiple accounting levels - Creation of automated reports and dashboards using FP&A and ERP tools (Oracle, Anaplan, Foundry) - Support for pricing activities and long-range planning - Ad hoc analysis and special projects to drive continuous improvement in financial reporting systems and procedures You will interact closely with program management and business line leadership to ensure financial commitments are met and will be responsible for explaining financial performance to cross-functional teams and executives. Required qualifications: 3-7 years as a financial analyst or related finance/accounting role; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; DoD and/or tech industry experience; ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments; strong understanding of financial systems, data management, and complex modeling; proven teamwork skills; US work authorization.
