Braze is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for Decisioning Studio, the company's flagship product for real-time customer decisioning at scale. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on depth rather than breadth, reporting to Christy Poulos on the Product Marketing team. You will own all aspects of Decisioning Studio's market positioning, including messaging architecture, launch strategy and execution, competitive strategy, pricing input, and field enablement. The role sits at the intersection of Braze's data foundation and AI capabilities—products that compete in the fastest-moving corner of enterprise software against a constantly evolving competitive set. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and execute positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for Decisioning Studio that resonate with diverse buyer personas ranging from CMOs to staff data engineers. • Build technical credibility with data engineers, architects, platform owners, and technical evaluators by explaining complex decisioning logic, LLMs, and agentic systems in clear, substantive language. • Own competitive strategy for decisioning and AI-driven personalization, translating market intelligence into positioning that wins deals. • Collaborate with PMMs across the Data & AI portfolio (Data Platform, observability, Account Objects, Operator, Agent Console) to build an overarching narrative explaining product interdependencies. • Partner with Product Management and Engineering as a strategic peer, bringing market and customer insights that influence roadmap decisions. • Run sustained launch motions that extend beyond announcement, driving adoption and expansion through coordinated demand, brand, and communications efforts. • Develop pricing and packaging narratives in partnership with Pricing, Product, and Finance teams. • Enable Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success with narratives, plays, and assets for selling a technically complex product. • Spend meaningful time with customers and analysts, translating market feedback into positioning and enablement strategies. • Act as a thought leader through content creation, event speaking, and public visibility on AI adoption in marketing. This role requires deep technical fluency, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex technology into compelling market narratives. You will work as a peer to other senior PMMs while maintaining singular focus on Decisioning Studio's success.
