Salary: EUR 7,400 - 9,250 / monthly

Tide is a fintech platform serving over 2 million SMEs globally with business banking, invoicing, and accounting solutions. The company operates across the UK, India, Germany, and France with 2,800+ employees and has raised over $300 million. You will lead the strategy and execution of Tide's Wealth Services pillar, owning the evolution of savings and investment products for SMEs and sole traders, with pensions/SIPPs as the initial focus. This is a strategic, end-to-end product leadership role—not a feature-building position, but the opportunity to architect a financial ecosystem enabling members to deploy surplus cash, build long-term wealth, and manage money confidently. Key responsibilities: - Define and execute the product roadmap for savings, investment accounts, and wealth services across web and mobile - Own commercial accountability for deposits, activation, retention, funded accounts, assets under administration, and cross-sell efficiency - Lead full-cycle product management from discovery and partner negotiation through delivery, launch, and optimization - Partner deeply with engineering, design, data, compliance, and finance teams to deliver compliant, high-quality features in a regulated environment - Build and run rigorous test-and-learn programs (A/B testing, MVT) to optimize user journeys and prioritization - Manage relationships with banking, savings, and investment partners, including third-party platform providers - Conduct deep customer segmentation and analytics to understand SME cash-flow and savings needs, ensuring products solve real-world problems Required experience: - 7–10+ years in product management, with 3+ years specifically in savings, deposits, wealth, or treasury products - Strong domain expertise in savings/investment products, product economics, and regulatory frameworks (FCA/CASS or regional equivalents); pensions/SIPPs experience highly desirable - Proven P&L management, pricing strategy, and unit economics experience - Technical fluency with Banking-as-a-Service APIs, ledger architectures, and data tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel) - Track record of taking regulated products from concept to scale in fintech - Ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex discussions with risk, legal, and compliance teams - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical rigor and experimentation discipline
