WeTravel is a 400+ person B2B SaaS platform serving 10,000+ travel businesses globally, enabling them to build, present, and sell multi-day trips (safaris, diving expeditions, pilgrimages, etc.). The company is growing 50-100% YoY and is financially secure with a strong Amsterdam office housing the entire Product and most Engineering teams.
You will own the Trips domain end-to-end—the product surface where travel organizers spend most of their working day and where travelers first encounter trips. This includes the trip page (product detail page equivalent), content library, AI-powered building tools, and the content specialist team that will report to you.
Key responsibilities:
1. Trip Page & Sales Experience: Design intuitive tools for organizers to create trip offerings in multiple languages. Build day-by-day itineraries that feel real before booking. Create high-converting pages and proposals (published or tailored). Develop mobile app experience for booked travelers.
2. Content & AI Engine: Grow the WeTravel Library (curated properties, activities, reusable content targeting 20,000+ items). Enable organizers' own libraries (photos, descriptions, reusable blocks for team consistency). Build AI-assisted Copilot that drafts and improves trips, turning hours of work into minutes.
3. Team & Strategy: Manage content specialists team. Own content strategy, regional prioritization, and library pipeline. Study organizer needs deeply, prioritize, develop solutions, drive cross-functional execution, measure adoption, and grow revenue/profit.
You'll work with brilliant, low-ego colleagues in a fast-moving environment with direct access to customers. The role sits at the intersection of product design, AI/ML, content strategy, and team leadership—ideal for a generalist PM ready to own a high-impact domain through its next growth phase.
