SeatGeek is modernizing the ticketing industry by simplifying how fans discover and purchase tickets to live events. This role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end fan journey from initial discovery through marketing channels (paid search, social, SEO, email, push) through landing pages and checkout.
You will own the vision and strategy for how fans move through the acquisition funnel, including landing experiences (performer, venue, category pages, app deep links) and cross-cutting features like price display, fee transparency, credits, notifications, saved events, and trust signals. Critically, this role does not have its own dedicated squad—you'll deliver impact through influence, partnering closely with product managers, engineering leads, design leads, and marketers across the organization to turn a fragmented journey into a cohesive experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving vision, strategy, and metrics for the fan journey from marketing channels through checkout
- Monitoring how discovery is evolving (AI assistants, AI-driven search, social commerce) and surfacing opportunities to relevant teams
- Optimizing landing experiences so what fans see matches the marketing that brought them
- Leading cross-cutting feature initiatives (price display, trust signals, notifications, saved events) that appear across multiple surfaces
- Setting up automated quality checks to catch broken experiences, regressions, and drop-off spikes before fans encounter them
- Mapping the full journey, identifying drop-off points between teams, and building data-driven cases for fixes
- Conducting your own data analysis: funnel optimization, channel performance, experiment results, and journey metrics
- Running continuous discovery through fan research, data deep dives, and competitive analysis
- Shaping roadmaps of product and marketing teams by bringing prioritized, well-scoped opportunities into planning
- Working AI-native: prototyping with AI coding tools, synthesizing research at speed, and sharing effective workflows
- Championing the fan journey across the company and mentoring junior product team members
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management in consumer e-commerce, marketplaces, or travel, including work on acquisition funnels, landing experiences, or growth
- Proven ability to get work prioritized and shipped by teams you don't manage
- Working fluency in paid marketing, SEO, AI-driven discovery, and attribution
- Strong experimentation, analytical, and written communication skills
- Experience with pricing, trust, or design-system work spanning multiple surfaces with strong attention to detail
- Bonus: Experience using automation or AI tools to monitor product quality at scale
- Bonus: Live events or ticketing experience
