SeatGeek is modernizing the ticketing industry by simplifying how fans discover and purchase live event tickets. This role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end fan journey from initial discovery through marketing channels (paid search, social, SEO, email, push) through landing pages and checkout, and ensuring consistency of cross-cutting features like price display, trust signals, notifications, and saved events across all surfaces. You will drive vision and strategy for how fans convert from marketing touchpoints into ticket purchases. The role is unique in that it does not own a dedicated squad—instead, you'll deliver impact through influence, partnering closely with product managers, engineering leads, designers, and marketers across teams to turn a fragmented journey into a cohesive experience. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and owning the strategy for acquisition funnels, landing page optimization (performer, venue, category, campaign pages, and app deep links), and checkout conversion - Monitoring how discovery is evolving with AI assistants and AI-driven search, and bringing opportunities to relevant teams - Leading cross-cutting feature work (price display, credits, incentives, notifications, trust signals) that fans encounter across multiple surfaces - Building automated quality checks to ensure consistency as teams ship, including checks for AI-powered experiences and agents - Mapping the full customer journey, identifying drop-off points between teams, and building data-driven cases for fixing gaps - Conducting continuous discovery through fan research, data analysis, and competitive teardowns to feed partner teams' roadmaps - Shaping roadmaps for Product and Marketing teams by bringing prioritized, well-scoped opportunities into planning - Running working sessions with partner teams to keep journey work aligned and moving - Using AI-native workflows to prototype ideas, synthesize research, and win buy-in from stakeholders - Mentoring junior product team members and championing the fan journey across the company You'll work with data daily—analyzing funnels, channel performance, experiment results, and journey metrics to identify shifts and opportunities. You'll also be expected to dig into competitive analysis and stay current on emerging trends in AI-driven commerce and discovery. REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years of product management experience in consumer e-commerce, marketplaces, or travel, including work on acquisition funnels, landing experiences, or growth - Proven ability to get work prioritized and shipped by teams you don't directly manage - Working fluency in paid marketing, SEO, AI-driven discovery, and attribution - Strong experimentation, analytical, and written communication skills - Experience with pricing, trust, or design-system work that spans multiple surfaces, with strong attention to detail - Bonus: Experience using automation or AI tools to monitor product quality at scale - Bonus: Live events or ticketing industry experience
