As Senior Staff Product Manager reporting to the VP of Product, you will operate as a force-multiplier across the product organization, owning high-impact, ambiguous problem spaces that span multiple product areas and teams. You'll balance strategic vision-setting with hands-on execution: shaping multi-quarter roadmaps one moment, then rolling up your sleeves to unblock critical initiatives the next.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving end-to-end product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration across multiple squads
- Shaping product strategy and roadmap in partnership with product leadership, translating company goals into sequenced, ambitious bets
- Engaging directly with enterprise buyers, end users, and prospects to uncover unmet needs and validate problem-solution fit
- Partnering closely with engineering and design to define requirements, navigate technical tradeoffs, and build with fluency in LLMs, agents, platform architecture, and data
- Aligning cross-functional stakeholders (go-to-market, sales, marketing, customer success, leadership) through crisp, audience-appropriate communication
- Defining and owning success metrics, using data and qualitative signals to evaluate impact and communicate outcomes
- Mentoring and coaching other PMs to raise the bar on product craft across the organization
You bring 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record shipping complex, high-impact products in SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML environments. You operate autonomously across ambiguous, multi-team problem spaces and influence outcomes well beyond your immediate team. You combine genuine customer obsession with technical credibility to engage meaningfully with engineers on system design, LLM capabilities, and architecture. You excel at both strategic thinking and relentless execution, with exceptional communication skills that drive alignment without relying on org chart authority. A mentor's instinct and builder's drive round out your profile.
Nice-to-haves include experience building LLM or generative AI products, background in enterprise software or developer platforms, and familiarity with AI governance and deployment considerations in regulated environments.
