Multiverse is Europe's first EdTech double unicorn ($2.1bn valuation, $70M Series funding in April 2026), serving 1,500+ companies and tens of thousands of learners with AI and tech upskilling apprenticeships. The company has 800+ employees and is scaling rapidly. You will own Prescribe, the product that helps prospective learners discover the right programme for their skills and employer goals, then guides them to confident commitment and successful start. This is a growth-critical product where success is measured in conversion metrics—from first interest through to learner commitment. You will be the strategic counterpart to a Senior Engineering Manager, working closely with design, data, go-to-market, and fulfilment teams. Key responsibilities: **AI-Native Product Experiences**: Shape conversational, AI-first experiences that help learners and customers understand the best programme fit. Decide where AI genuinely improves outcomes versus adding noise, and build evaluation frameworks and guardrails for trustworthy user-facing AI. **Prescription & Eligibility**: Own the logic connecting learner skills to programmes and customer levy funding (where mistakes carry financial and regulatory cost). Work with Legal, Compliance, and Fulfilment to make eligibility rules configurable and explainable without requiring rebuilds. Ensure every recommendation is understandable and challengeable. **Recommendation, Commitment & Finalisation**: Own the journey from recommendation to learner commitment and start. Identify high-leverage drop-off points and lead the experimentation roadmap. Design adaptive product interventions that shorten time to confident start. Collaborate with GTM, Operations, and Data on attribution and funnel quality. **Metrics & Experimentation**: Own conversion metrics (prospect to committed learner) with retention and programme fit as guardrails. Champion hypothesis-led, structured experimentation culture. **Cross-Functional Leadership**: Co-own strategy and roadmap with your Senior Engineering Manager, surfacing disagreement early. Involve GTM, Fulfilment, and Support before shipping changes. Author narratives (PRFAQ, sales briefings, leadership updates). Represent Prescribe in senior roadmap conversations. You will report to the Single Threaded Leader for Diagnose & Prescribe and will not manage other product managers. The role is hybrid, three days per week in London office. **Requirements:** Must-have experience: - Substantial PM experience with track record of improving measurable growth metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, automation) - Confidence with data: pulling analysis, running cohort studies, building dashboards - Experience designing and running rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments - Strong UX instincts and focus on sustainable long-term strategies - Ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams without formal authority (commercial, GTM, operations) - Hands-on experience building products using AI/LLMs to generate or personalise content - AI Builder mindset: using AI as engine to drive repeatable, automated systems and processes that create step changes in performance Strong signals: - Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) in B2B context - Experience designing personalisation systems (data models, trigger logic) - Previous work scaling company from hundreds to thousands of users - Point of view on where AI genuinely improves outcomes versus creating noise - Bonus: experience in regulated environments (funding, eligibility, compliance); knowledge of UK apprenticeships and levy
