Salary: CAD 135,000 - 180,000 / annual
Lattice is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of the Lattice MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and AI ecosystem integrations. This role focuses on the connective layer that enables customers to use Lattice performance data within AI tools they already use (Claude, ChatGPT, Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Slack) and brings third-party productivity data (Jira, GitHub, Linear, Zoom, Asana) into Lattice.
Key responsibilities include: owning MCP and AI ecosystem strategy; deciding which features, integrations, and strategic directions to pursue; shipping integrations that create customer leverage; building foundational infrastructure like authentication and agentic execution frameworks; serving as a technical thought partner to engineering on MCP tool design and third-party integration infrastructure; driving go-to-market launches with partners; and owning key results around integration adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth.
You will work with a fully staffed engineering team and collaborate across Partnerships and Product Marketing to deliver measurable customer and ecosystem impact. The role requires translating complex technical constraints into clear product decisions and positioning ecosystem interoperability as a competitive advantage for Lattice.
Required qualifications: 7+ years of product management experience with meaningful ownership of integrations, platform, or ecosystem surfaces built end-to-end; direct experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems (ad tech, marketing tech, marketplaces, developer platforms, payments, data connectivity); strong technical fluency with third-party integration patterns, data sync, field mapping, webhooks, and OAuth/auth; proven track record shipping scalable, reliable integrations with engineering and launching partner/marketplace initiatives; ability to turn platforms or ecosystems into competitive advantages; clear communication skills; bias for action in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Bonus qualifications include exposure to AI ecosystems, MCP, AI agents, or LLM tooling; experience in multi-product B2B SaaS; or background with HR/people-data or sensitive-data workflows. Strong product thinkers with deep technical fluency are encouraged to apply even if they don't meet every preferred qualification.
