Acronis, a global leader in AI-powered cyber protection, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for partner-facing business tools. This role sits at the intersection of Partner Program, Sales, AI, data, and automation, focused on transforming complex partner sales journeys into intelligent, scalable digital experiences.
You will define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Partner Sales & Growth capabilities within the Partner Portal and unified partner console. Key responsibilities include:
• Own and continuously optimize the end-to-end partner sales journey, including opportunity and deal creation, deal registration, qualification, conversion, upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and expansion.
• Build intelligent tools that help partners identify and act on growth opportunities, including AI-powered recommendations for upsell, cross-sell, next-best actions, product adoption, tier progression, and commitment growth.
• Define AI-powered sales workflows and experiences that turn partner, customer, product, and business data into actionable recommendations and guided sales motions.
• Develop capabilities for AI-assisted business and sales planning, helping partners identify growth potential, prioritize opportunities, set targets, and track progress.
• Build scalable partner acquisition and activation capabilities, simplifying the journey from prospect to productive, revenue-generating partner.
• Evolve partner relationship management capabilities, providing partners and internal teams with a unified view of opportunities, growth potential, engagement, performance, and recommended actions.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual sales and partner-management processes through AI, workflow automation, data-driven decisioning, and self-service experiences.
• Partner with Sales and Channel teams to deeply understand partner and field workflows, pain points, commercial priorities, and growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and business case through delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Define and track product KPIs including partner activation, deal registration and conversion, upsell/cross-sell adoption, partner revenue growth, tier progression, feature adoption, and reduction of manual sales effort.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI, automation, CRM, and sales enablement technologies and identify incorporation opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B platforms, sales technology, partner ecosystems, CRM, revenue growth, or business automation products.
• Proven experience owning complex digital products or business platforms from strategy and discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales journeys, including opportunity management, deal registration, pipeline management, upsell/cross-sell, renewals, partner acquisition, and account growth.
• Experience designing data-driven and automated workflows that simplify complex business processes and improve commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled product experiences, including recommendation systems, intelligent workflows, copilots/assistants, predictive insights, and next-best-action scenarios.
• Ability to translate complex business processes and commercial requirements into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to define product KPIs, evaluate business impact, and use data to drive prioritization and product decisions.
• Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and other business functions.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity, identify opportunities proactively, and drive initiatives across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
BONUS:
• Experience with partner relationship management (PRM), channel sales, partner programs, or indirect sales models.
• Experience with CRM and sales platforms, partner portals, sales enablement, revenue intelligence, or workflow automation products.
• Experience building AI-powered B2B sales, recommendation, or decision-support capabilities.
• Understanding of MSP, reseller, distributor, or broader B2B technology partner ecosystems.
