As Lead Product Designer for the Care Access Network, you will shape partner-facing experiences that help healthcare organizations understand partnership opportunities with Zocdoc and imagine new ways to collaborate. This is a lead-level individual contributor role requiring fluidity between strategy, craft, systems thinking, and hands-on design execution.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end design for Care Access Network partner experiences, including dashboards, workflows, reporting, and supporting surfaces that communicate performance and opportunity
- Creating rapid prototypes exploring new scheduling experiences, partnership concepts, and future-facing ideas to accelerate learning
- Developing polished concepts and tailored design narratives reflecting partner brands, business goals, and operational realities
- Using design to help prospective and existing partners envision deeper relationships with Zocdoc and new ways the platform can support their growth
- Designing visually rich reporting and storytelling experiences that make trends and next steps actionable
- Contributing to emerging partner-facing experiences including exploratory concepts, landing-page-adjacent surfaces, and communication flows
- Using prototypes, systems thinking, and strong communication to align Product, Engineering, Business Development, and go-to-market teams
- Mentoring other designers and raising design quality across workstreams
