As a Product Designer, you will lead the design of end-to-end product experiences from initial concept through polished execution. You'll build on existing design foundations by refining patterns, improving consistency, and contributing to the evolution of the design system. Close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners will be central to your role as you shape problem definitions, explore solutions, and ship polished outcomes.
Key responsibilities include translating user insights, data, and feedback into clear interaction models and elegant visual solutions. You'll produce high-quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final production assets with strong attention to detail. Continuous iteration on shipped work using customer feedback and product metrics will drive measurable improvements.
You bring 6+ years of professional design experience in fast-paced environments with a portfolio demonstrating your best work. You thrive with autonomy to execute and take initiative in startup settings, possess deep understanding of design systems, and have strong visual and interaction design craft. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with an entrepreneurial spirit as you'll be building on the ground floor. You must be eligible to work in Canada.
