Lyra Health is seeking an experienced International Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution across international markets. You will own the product roadmap for Lyra's expansion outside the US, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, clinical, and go-to-market functions. This role requires deep expertise in building and scaling B2B SaaS products, particularly in the healthcare or benefits administration space. You will be responsible for understanding regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and customer needs across different geographies. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of successfully launching products in multiple markets. You should be comfortable navigating complex healthcare regulations, working with diverse stakeholder groups, and driving product decisions based on data and customer insights. This is a high-impact role where you will shape how Lyra's mental health platform evolves to serve employers and employees globally. You will report to senior leadership and have the opportunity to build and mentor a product team as the international business scales.
