You actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work and can help the team adopt them effectively. The role operates on a hybrid model: in-office Monday–Thursday, work-from-home Fridays. Complimentary breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks are provided on office days. **Requirements:** - 7+ years in game design with proven experience leading or mentoring a design team - Strong portfolio of shipped features and titles demonstrating design craft and commercial impact; direct experience in social casino or bingo titles preferred - Hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle: market research, prototyping, development, live ops, post-launch analysis - Deep expertise in economy design, balancing, and progression systems, with strong grasp of mobile UX principles and player journey design - Analytical fluency with key mobile metrics and player behavior, including practical experience designing and interpreting A/B tests - Practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate ideation, documentation, balance modeling, and team communication - Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable navigating production trade-offs and influencing senior stakeholders - Passion for games and genuine player empathy
