Anduril Industries is seeking a Finance Solutions Manager to build and optimize the financial systems backbone for a fast-scaling defense technology and manufacturing company. You'll sit at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Engineering, owning the platforms, data, and processes that transform raw operational activity into trustworthy financial insight.
In this builder's role, you'll inherit systems that don't yet talk to each other and a business growing faster than its tooling. Your mandate is to close that gap with scalable ERP workflows, clean cost and revenue data, and automation that replaces spreadsheets and manual reconciliation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the design and continuous improvement of core finance systems (ERP platforms like Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, SAP), cost accounting, and data pipelines feeding FP&A and reporting
- Partner with Finance and Operations stakeholders to translate requirements into configured, tested, well-documented solutions
- Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end: entity setups, cost and receipt accounting flows, work-order and inventory costing, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay improvements
- Build connective tissue between transactional systems and analytics, defining data models, controls, and reconciliations
- Drive automation and self-service, cutting manual close tasks and giving finance partners direct access to reliable data
- Establish standards for change management, testing, and documentation as the platform scales
- Act as the bridge between Finance and Engineering/Data teams
- Mentor analysts and set the bar for finance systems work
Required: 12+ years in finance systems, finance operations, or technical accounting with hands-on ERP ownership; 5+ years managing product managers or business system analysts; demonstrated end-to-end finance solution design and implementation experience; strong accounting fundamentals; proven cross-functional project leadership; SQL or equivalent data skills; builder's mindset for ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Preferred: Experience at high-growth tech companies or manufacturing/hardware/supply-chain-intensive businesses; Oracle Fusion Cloud hands-on experience; familiarity with modern data platforms (warehouses, dbt, Looker/Tableau); manufacturing cost concepts expertise.
