Scopely is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join the Product Finance team supporting the LIVE Games Portfolio—a collection of live-operated, top-grossing mobile games. This is a senior, high-visibility individual contributor role for someone ready to operate as a true finance business partner.
You will own financial models end-to-end, drive KPI and performance reporting, and initiate projects that shape portfolio management. You'll partner directly with General Managers and cross-functional stakeholders across game studios, User Acquisition, Data Science, Finance leadership, Accounting, and central teams. You'll be a key voice in portfolio-level decision-making, translating data and models into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
Unlike entry-level analyst roles, this position requires high autonomy—identifying problems, initiating and leading projects, and managing senior stakeholders with minimal oversight, while delivering operational rigor in forecasting, close support, and variance analysis.
Key responsibilities include: owning end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting for titles within the LIVE Games Portfolio; serving as the primary finance point of contact for game GMs, UA, Data/BI, and Accounting teams; identifying opportunities and leading process improvement and automation projects (forecasting redesigns, KPI dashboards, reporting infrastructure); and working across Scopely's global live games portfolio from the Barcelona hub, collaborating with teams across the US, EMEA, and beyond.
You'll join a high-caliber team with backgrounds in consulting, banking, private equity, and high-growth tech from companies like Amazon, Google, and Netflix. Senior individual contributors on this team have a clear path to Finance Manager and Senior Manager roles. You'll be part of an AI-powered FP&A team, contributing to automation of reporting and building predictive, self-serve tools.
Required: 5+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or strong analytical roles, ideally with exposure to gaming, mobile apps, subscription, or consumer tech. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex revenue, UA, and cost models; proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decisions without direct authority; track record of scoping and driving cross-functional projects; strong understanding of live-service/mobile games KPIs (DAU/MAU, ARPDAU, LTV, ROAS, retention); familiarity with BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and financial planning systems (Workday Adaptive Planning); SQL is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations. Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona. Genuine interest in games, consumer products, or technology-driven businesses.
