This is a new business-focused enterprise sales role based in London. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will identify, engage, and close net-new customers by building strategic relationships with senior decision-makers and driving measurable commercial impact through new logo acquisition. Key responsibilities include: - Proactively identify and engage prospective enterprise customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and event attendance - Develop tailored outreach and account strategies for Tier 1 target accounts - Run customized product demonstrations for HR executives, establishing credibility and articulating competitive differentiators - Build and manage a robust new business pipeline, guiding prospects from discovery to close - Develop and present compelling business cases leveraging data insights and ROI calculations - Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Security, Solution Consulting, and People Science teams to remove barriers in complex deal cycles - Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity data in Salesforce and other tools to support quarterly new business quotas - Build executive relationships across target accounts and navigate complex enterprise buying groups You will work from the London office an average of 2 days per week, with flexibility for remote work. Requirements: - 5–7+ years of quota-carrying, closing sales experience with focus on net-new business acquisition in enterprise environments - Proven SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR Tech or related technology - Strong ability to identify and self-source new business opportunities using innovative, proactive strategies - Exceptional executive presence with polished presentation and communication skills for VP and C-suite engagement - Experience building executive relationships and navigating complex sales cycles in enterprise environments - Expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and solid understanding of deal stage progression - Proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making, influencing stakeholders, and constructing effective business cases - Consistent track record of orchestrating successful closure of complex business deals through cross-functional collaboration - Strong working knowledge of sales tools: Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Salesforce - Self-starter mindset willing to do the heavy lifting to shape the future of the Enterprise Team - Resilient, intellectually curious, assertive, commercially in control, skilled at multi-threading across stakeholders, and collaborative
