Octopus Energy, France's 5th largest energy supplier in just 10 years, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Collections & Credit Risk team. In this role, you will drive B2C collections strategy through data-driven analysis of customer data and recovery operations. You will measure the impact of existing collection actions, build analytical reports, and propose strategic recommendations to improve recovery rates and manage credit risk.
You will partner closely with the Collections, Finance, and Operations teams to support decision-making and process improvements across Octopus Energy France's collections operations. Reporting to the Collections & Credit Risk Manager, you'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation and individual contribution over rigid processes.
