As a Growth Strategy Senior Analyst, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies driving Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. You'll work within the Marketing & Growth team—one of the largest and most dynamic at Fever—collaborating across departments to enhance overall company performance. Key responsibilities include: - Lead global projects that define the future of the entertainment industry - Develop and manage new business streams, workflows, and growth strategies - Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact across different markets - Define strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills - Work independently managing your own pipeline of projects within a business line - Enhance company performance across departments through cross-functional collaboration - Focus on developing new experiences and strategies across international markets You bring 3-5 years of business analytics experience, ideally from strategy consulting, investment banking, or top tech firms. Your background includes a bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, aeronautics) or expertise in Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics. You're a data-driven decision-maker with excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders, and proactive problem-solving mindset. Coding experience (SQL, R, Python) is preferred. Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
