Canary Technologies is the leading agentic AI platform for hotel and guest management, powering digital infrastructure for 20,000+ hotels across 125+ countries. Major hospitality brands including Marriott International, Four Seasons, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts rely on Canary to increase revenue, improve operations, and elevate guest experiences.
You will lead the Connectivity and Integrations product area, owning the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for third-party integrations across reservation platforms, payment gateways, and adjacent hospitality systems. This is a strategic role with direct impact on Canary's growth trajectory and new product initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own integration strategy and roadmap across all Canary products, defining shared frameworks and reusable APIs so product teams can connect to partner systems without rebuilding.
- Prioritize the integration roadmap based on customer demand, enterprise brand requirements, and revenue impact.
- Manage relationships with integration partners including technical scoping, testing, certification, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with product teams to ensure integrations meet product needs while maintaining platform consistency.
- Define and track integration health metrics (data accuracy, sync reliability, uptime, latency, coverage) and surface actionable improvements.
- Represent the integrations roadmap to enterprise customers, sales, and customer success, translating technical constraints into clear commitments.
Canary has raised nearly $200M, been recognized as a 2024 and 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 company, and swept the 2026 HotelTechAwards. The company values rigor and velocity, high standards, fast pace, and real ownership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years in product management, including experience owning platform, API, or integration products
- Hands-on experience with third-party system integrations (ideally PMS, CRS, payment gateways, or comparable B2B ecosystems like fintech rails, ERP, EHR)
- Technical depth to engage deeply with engineers on APIs, webhooks, data modeling, authentication, and integration architecture
- Track record as a platform PM serving multiple internal product teams, balancing competing needs against a coherent platform vision
- Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships, including technical scoping and certification processes
- Strong analytical skills connecting integration reliability and coverage to customer and business outcomes
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive alignment across teams without direct authority
- Experience in hospitality technology (PMS, CRS, payments) is a strong plus
