Culture Amp, the world's leading employee experience platform serving 25 million employees across 6,000+ companies, is seeking an experienced Lead Brand Designer to join its creative team within the marketing practice. You will drive the evolution of Culture Amp's brand and creative output, working closely with cross-functional marketing teams to build impactful experiences across innovative marketing campaigns and brand-building programs.
As an experienced design generalist, you'll bring curiosity and strategic thinking to everything you do. You excel at telling engaging stories and taking stakeholders on the journey with you. You combine strong conceptual skills with polished execution, continuous iteration, and a learning mindset.
This role uniquely blends motion design and video editing with traditional brand design. You'll build how Culture Amp sounds and behaves in motion and video, uplevel storytelling capabilities on owned and paid channels, and explore how AI workflows can enhance motion and video production at scale. You're equally comfortable with static design needs of any size and scope—perhaps you started as a visual designer and expanded into motion and video.
Key responsibilities include translating complex product visuals into go-to-market visualizations, creating animated screen interactions, bringing product storytelling to life through motion, and developing creative for global audiences with regional nuance. You'll partner with marketers to deliver growth results across digital channels, guide creative agency partnerships, and drive creative technology innovation to optimize and scale design processes.
