As an Enterprise Account Manager at Freshworks, you will manage and grow key accounts in the UKI market, building long-term trusted partnerships with some of the company's most valued customers. You'll drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal activities while consistently exceeding targets and delivering measurable impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Growing key accounts through strategic upsell, cross-sell, and renewal initiatives while surpassing revenue goals
- Building trust with executive stakeholders by addressing their critical business challenges and positioning Freshworks as a strategic partner
- Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end to secure strategic wins
- Collaborating across internal teams to uncover expansion opportunities, strengthen customer retention, and drive customer success
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent execution
- Traveling as required to foster in-person relationships and represent Freshworks in the market
You will work with enterprise customers across CRM, Employee Experience (EX), Customer Experience (CX), and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, helping organizations like Bridgestone, New Balance, and Sony Music optimize their operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, account management, or customer-facing roles with a proven track record of success in an aligned territory
- Experience working with enterprise customers and senior leaders, with a demonstrated ability to exceed goals and focus on long-term value creation
- Strong consultative approach and ability to connect product capabilities to business needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a talent for building relationships
- Strategic mindset with curiosity, collaboration, and adaptability; comfort navigating change
- Exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus
