FlixBus is seeking an L&D Specialist to design and deliver talent development initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You'll own high-impact programmes end-to-end—from scoping through rollout and measurement—in a global, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and deliver talent development initiatives including talent management, succession planning, and performance management frameworks with measurable outcomes aligned to business priorities
- Take end-to-end ownership of global L&D projects: scoping, planning, execution, strategic rollout, and impact evaluation
- Lead and implement structured people programmes such as job architecture, seniority and levelling frameworks, and performance management cycles, translating complex frameworks into practical, manager-ready tools
- Identify and embed AI tools across programme design, content development, delivery, and operational workflows; share best practices and build team confidence with new approaches
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, business stakeholders, and L&D colleagues across functions, geographies, and seniority levels to align solutions with organizational needs
You bring 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR project management, or related people functions, ideally in tech or fast-paced environments. You have hands-on experience designing or implementing structured HR/L&D frameworks (performance management, talent reviews, job architecture, seniority levelling). Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream programmes on time in global or multicultural settings. You're comfortable with data, dashboards, and evaluation frameworks to measure impact. You have confident stakeholder management and can present recommendations clearly to senior cross-functional leads. Practical experience applying AI tools (content generation, workflow automation, learning design) within L&D or HR contexts is valued.
