Algolia, a market leader in AI Search powering 30+ billion search requests weekly for 18,000+ businesses, is seeking an L&D Program Manager to design and execute employee experience initiatives. This role combines strategic thinking with operational discipline to improve how employees experience critical lifecycle moments. You will own three primary focus areas: employee listening and insights, onboarding experience, and process design. In employee listening, you'll design and evolve Algolia's engagement, pulse, onboarding, and exit surveys. You'll synthesize quantitative and qualitative feedback into actionable insights, develop clear narratives for leaders, and establish scalable processes for collecting and acting on employee feedback. You'll create reporting mechanisms and follow-up workflows that move organizations from data to meaningful action. For onboarding, you'll own the end-to-end new hire journey from pre-boarding through day 90. You'll assess friction across systems, communications, learning, manager touchpoints, and workplace experiences. Working cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, Workplace, and L&D teams, you'll design experiences that build clarity, connection, confidence, and productivity. You'll establish clear ownership models and identify automation opportunities while preserving human moments that matter. Beyond these core areas, you'll evaluate existing employee experience processes, conduct discovery with employees and managers, and design scalable workflows with defined ownership and success metrics. You'll balance employee needs against business requirements and operational realities, translate strategy into practical execution, and build continuous feedback loops into programs. This is a role for someone naturally curious about how systems work and how they could work better. You'll combine consultant-level thinking with strong program leadership and genuine passion for creating thoughtful, human-centered employee experiences at scale.
