DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform to automate accounting workflows, from data entry through financial close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs (Lightspeed, Khosla, Google Ventures) in just two years and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR startups to publicly traded enterprises.
As Launcher, you'll work directly with co-founders Ben and Santi to drive DualEntry's highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives end-to-end. This is a 0→1 product launch and process simplification role, where you'll own outcomes across new product development, internal and external AI tooling, and cross-functional operational efficiency.
The role sits at the center of company decision-making. You'll partner closely with Max (who owns GTM automation and has already 2x'd win-rates through systematic improvements) and Woosung (CFO, leading finance). Your responsibilities include driving strategic projects, simplifying internal processes, building AI-powered tools, and ensuring teams operate at maximum effectiveness.
This is not a traditional career path role—the company explicitly states no conventional experience is required. Instead, they're looking for builders with a track record of accomplishing difficult things, first-principles thinking, AI-native fluency, high agency, and analytical rigor. You'll have significant equity ownership, direct influence on product direction, and the opportunity to grow with one of the top AI companies in the world.
