Anduril Industries is seeking a Lab Asset Manager to support the Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) Electrical Engineering Team in Costa Mesa, California. This role is critical to the operations of Anduril's electrical testing, troubleshooting, and harnesses integration laboratory, which develops high-reliability avionics, embedded processing, and power systems for Group 5 air vehicles and missile platforms.
In this position, you will manage test equipment and facilities for Anduril's Costa Mesa location, ensuring smooth operations for rapid avionics development. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage test equipment maintenance activities and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
- Maintain and update equipment tracking systems (JIRA and related databases), including location, user information, and calibration dates
- Execute daily electrical test equipment checkout processes and support requesters with equipment access
- Communicate calibration recalls and compliance updates to tool owners and users
- Ensure accurate inventory management and asset accountability across the lab
- Support lab operations to enable the AD&S team's mission-critical work on autonomous air platforms
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering environment. You should have experience with equipment management systems, basic understanding of electrical test equipment, and strong communication skills. This role directly supports Anduril's mission to deliver cutting-edge autonomy, AI, and advanced technology to the U.S. Military.
