In this role, you will conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) refresh and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on existing customer accounts to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work with Mercury's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners to manage escalations related to Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.
