Salary: USD 115,000 - 140,000 / annual

Everyday Dose is a wellness company founded in 2021 offering health-focused alternatives to traditional caffeinated beverages, blending functional mushrooms, collagen, and nootropics. The company has achieved early success as a direct-to-consumer business and is now expanding into conventional and regional retail channels. As Key Account Manager, you will own and grow the retail business, serving as the primary point of contact for buyers, brokers, and cross-functional teams at both retailers and internally. You'll manage day-to-day account activity, drive execution excellence in-store and online, and ensure the brand thrives across physical and digital shelves. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as the main liaison between Everyday Dose, brokers, and retailer buying and marketing teams - Lead all line reviews, item setup, and assortment updates - Manage in-store promotional planning and execution, coordinating with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams - Oversee digital marketing tactics on retailer media channels to optimize visibility and conversion - Coordinate digital marketing initiatives (email, Meta, Google, influencer, TikTok) driving traffic to in-store - Develop and execute strategies for off-shelf displays and secondary placements to drive incremental sales - Build and maintain strong buyer relationships, providing data-driven insights and category recommendations - Partner with demand planning and operations to ensure accurate forecasting and on-time delivery - Analyze performance metrics, report on KPIs, and identify growth and efficiency opportunities Requirements: - 5+ years of account management experience in CPG, preferably food & beverage - Experience managing major regional retail accounts - Strong understanding of retail promotional planning, eCommerce marketing, and category management - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams and external partners - Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, syndicated data (IRI, NielsenIQ, or similar), and retailer portals
