Alan is a prevention-focused health insurance company serving 1M+ members across 40K+ companies, with €800M+ ARR. The company integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a unified platform and is expanding its Account Management team to 30+ professionals. As a Key Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of strategic public sector accounts (ministries and government entities), building and maintaining relationships with C-level stakeholders. Your responsibilities include identifying customer needs and ensuring they achieve their goals through Alan's platform; proactively detecting dissatisfaction signals and implementing solutions; managing successful onboarding and driving employee adoption; analyzing consumption data and presenting business reviews; designing engagement initiatives; renegotiating contracts to balance customer value and profitability; and serving as the voice of customers in product discussions. You bring 6+ years of customer-facing experience with frequent C-level interactions and full professional French fluency (excellent oral and written). You have advanced English, expertise navigating large organizations and unions, strong negotiation skills grounded in empathy and tact, and deep analytical capabilities for presenting complex data. You excel at active listening, relationship-building based on trust, and have a growth mindset to understand health insurance market trends. You are based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, or Marseille. Prior insurance or public sector experience is valued but not required.
