Fiverr is seeking an IT Tech Lead to own and evolve the company's modern, cloud-first workplace infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role combining deep technical expertise with strategic oversight of identity, endpoint management, and SaaS operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Identity & Access Management: Own Okta as the primary identity provider, architecting and automating complex identity lifecycles, directory integrations, and context-aware adaptive MFA policies. You'll design sophisticated access control systems that scale across the organization.
Endpoint Management (MDM): Design and manage the enterprise Apple ecosystem using Jamf Pro, optimizing zero-touch deployment via Apple Business Manager, patch management, and security configurations. You'll ensure seamless device onboarding and lifecycle management.
SaaS & Cloud Operations: Serve as the primary administrator for the core SaaS stack, integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and automated workflows. You'll drive operational efficiency through intelligent system integration.
AI Integration & Automation: Implement AI-driven operations (AIOps) for smart monitoring, predictive analytics, and low-code/no-code automated IT support workflows. You'll leverage modern AI tools to accelerate operations and reduce manual overhead.
Security & Compliance: Lead technical execution of security roadmaps, driving initiatives to meet and exceed compliance targets (SOC2/ISO 27001). You'll enforce zero-trust architecture, manage vulnerability patching, and automate evidence collection for audits.
Required qualifications: 6+ years in systems engineering, modern IT infrastructure, or DevOps. Deep hands-on experience with Okta (advanced lifecycle management, API integrations, SAML/OIDC). Advanced Jamf Pro engineering (configuration profiles, extension attributes, policy scripting). Proven AI tool adoption (Copilots, LLM APIs) for scripting and workflow optimization. High proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting and SaaS integration platforms (Okta Workflows, Workato). Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to explain complex technical architecture clearly. A SaaS-first mindset favoring API integration and automation over manual configuration.
