MoonPay is hiring an IT Engineer to join its IT Engineering team. You will be responsible for developing automations and systems integrations across core business platforms, building and supporting applications within the Corporate Services portfolio, and maintaining custom applications in the iPaaS platform to automate key workstreams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build, support, and monitor applications within the Corporate Services application portfolio
- Build and maintain custom applications in iPaaS platforms (Workato, Fivetrans) to support automation of workstreams
- Manage Authentication services (Okta), Collaboration Services (GSuite, Slack, Zoom), and iPaaS platforms
- Develop IT Engineering best practices and policies for the organization
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures and playbooks
- Respond to and lead IT responses for incidents
- Test, implement, improve, and maintain IT systems and controls
- Engineer, implement, and monitor IT systems and controls
- Identify and define IT system requirements
- Serve as escalation point for IT Organization members
- Evangelize adoption of new tools (bonus)

Requirements:
- 5+ years of JAMF, Okta, and GSuite Administration or similar systems experience
- Experience with Fivetrans, Workato, or similar iPaaS platforms
- Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Experience with Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Datadog, Splunk, Google Chronicle)
- Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, and other languages)
- Familiarity with web-related technologies and network/web protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of IT Engineering best practices
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
