Kin Insurance is seeking an IT Analyst to own Tier 2 helpdesk operations and lead IT onboarding/offboarding processes across the organization. This is a growth-oriented role that bridges hands-on technical support with process improvement and team mentorship.
Key responsibilities include managing Tier 2 escalations from Jr. Analysts, running IT orientation for new hires, provisioning/deprovisioning access across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and BetterCloud, and maintaining device records via Jira Assets and JumpCloud. You'll also manage Chicago office operations including A/V systems, security badge access, and serve as the frontline for security policy enforcement.

You must be able to provide in-office support in Chicago at least one week per month.
Success metrics include moving the helpdesk toward 90-95% SLA attainment, building fluency with core systems by month 6, contributing to documented process improvements by month 12, and providing effective mentorship to junior staff.
