BIT (formerly Matrixport) is a global digital asset financial services and infrastructure group headquartered in Singapore, founded in 2019. The company bridges traditional finance and digital assets through governance-driven financial services and technology, managing over US$7 billion in assets and facilitating more than US$7 billion in monthly trading volume. BIT offers custody, trading, asset and wealth management, liquidity and financing solutions, and tokenized real-world assets (RWA) to institutional and professional investors globally, with licensed and regulated operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Bhutan.
The Investor Relations Manager will lead capital-raising efforts for BIT's private credit fund. Key responsibilities include identifying, approaching, and cultivating relationships with institutional investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, wealth platforms, and strategic distribution channels. The role involves preparing and delivering compelling investor pitches, decks, and due-diligence materials that articulate the fund's thesis, structure, and return profile. You will manage the full investor journey from initial outreach through term negotiation and closing, working closely with legal, compliance, and fund management teams.
Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining a qualified investor pipeline tracked via CRM, representing the fund at industry conferences and roadshows, supporting cross-selling initiatives for BIT's broader financial product suite (digital asset management, custody, brokerage, structured products, RWA, and prime brokerage), and collaborating with marketing to develop pitch collateral and campaign materials. The role requires staying current on AI infrastructure and compute market trends, competitor fund offerings, and investor sentiment to refine positioning. You will gather investor feedback and market intelligence to inform fund strategy and support the team head on other initiatives.
