Helsing is a defence AI company on a mission to protect democracies by achieving technological leadership in AI for defense applications. This role offers a genuine opportunity to build and shape the investor relations function at a pivotal growth stage. Reporting directly to the VP Corporate Development and IR, you will work closely with the CFO, founders, board, and senior stakeholders to strengthen Helsing's engagement with existing and prospective investors. You will play a central role in refining reporting processes, sharpening the equity story and company positioning, and developing the systems and relationships that support the function as it matures. Key responsibilities include: - Shape and strengthen IR processes, materials, and infrastructure (reporting cadences, investor materials, data rooms, CRM/tracking systems) - Prepare investor communications including board decks, shareholder updates, and quarterly reporting packs - Develop and refine Helsing's equity story and company positioning for key events (M&A, fundraising, strategic milestones) - Serve as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors, managing relationships with sensitivity to the defence sector's unique dynamics - Partner with the CFO and Finance team to translate financial performance into compelling narratives - Prepare for investor meetings and board engagements alongside leadership - Develop scalable processes and templates to support IR function growth - Monitor investor landscape, market sentiment, and competitor positioning You should have 4-8 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or related fields with direct exposure to investor-facing communications. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and excel at preparing high-quality investor materials. You communicate complex financial and business information clearly to sophisticated audiences and build effective relationships across CFO, founders, board, and external investors.
