Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 / annual
iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President for the Investor Relations team to support the company's rapidly growing client base. This role provides dedicated coverage of client accounts, working closely with internal relationship managers to address investor needs and objectives. You will deliver ongoing support to high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers, answering questions accurately and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include supporting fund managers in fundraising efforts by guiding clients through subscription processes and managing fund closings. You will manage complex alternative investment operational workflows, partnering across teams to resolve escalations and drive process improvements. The role involves collaborating with the Technology team to optimize user experience on iCapital's proprietary platform and assisting Senior Management with special projects.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in client service or investor relations within alternative investments or wealth management. You should have demonstrated experience with high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Experience with SaaS platforms and wealth tech is preferred. The role requires availability to manage phone queues during operating hours (8:30 AM–6 PM EST) and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Dynamics, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
