Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 / annual

iCapital is hiring an Investor Relations Associate to join their rapidly growing Investor Relations team. This role provides dedicated support to the company's expanding client base within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for investors, financial advisors, and fund managers using iCapital's technology platform. Your responsibilities include: • Provide dedicated account coverage and support, working closely with internal relationship managers to address client needs and investment objectives • Deliver timely and accurate responses to client inquiries across a wide range of topics, ensuring high satisfaction • Support high-profile fund managers in fundraising efforts by guiding clients through subscription processes and managing fund closings • Collaborate with the Technology team to enhance the user experience on iCapital's proprietary platform The role requires managing a phone queue during operating hours (8:30 AM–6 PM EST) and balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Workplace: In-office Monday–Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree with 2–6+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in client service or investor relations within alternative investments • Experience serving high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers • Ability to manage phone queue during operating hours (8:30 AM–6 PM EST) • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities • Proven ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure • Demonstrated capacity to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
